Every seller must follow the laws of Namibia. We remove listings that break these rules.
Restricted & prohibited items
- Illegal goods or items that violate Namibian regulations are not allowed.
- Hazardous materials, weapons, counterfeit goods, and stolen property are prohibited.
- Sellers must obtain and present permits where required by law.
Export & cross-border rules
- Export restrictions may apply; buyers will be informed at checkout if additional documentation is needed.
- All customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise.
Enforcement
- Listings that violate these rules may be removed without notice.
- Accounts repeatedly breaching policies can be suspended or terminated.
- We cooperate with authorities when required to report illegal activity.
